When the 2015 Ford Mustang GT comes out later this year, it will be able to order a Domino's pizza for you. The new R35 Nissan GT-R makes its British competitive debut at Oulton Park on Saturday July 5. The car, a personal import brought in from Japan by UK tuning firm RC Developments, will be entered in stock trim in the clubman category of the Time Attack series. The series pits an eclectic Gran Turismo grid of cars against the clock – rather than directly against each other – to set the fastest lap time.
In what's regarded as a major boost for Korean car maker Kia, it has been confirmed that Peter Schreyer will be moving from Volkswagen AG to lead Kia's global design operation. Schreyer will oversee the design activities of the company's regional design centers in Frankfurt, Los Angeles and Tokyo as well as the Namyang Design Center in Korea. While Schreyer's move to Kia comes across as a big surprise for many within automotive design circles, his departure from Volkswagen doesn't.
